WOW! I need a vacation! But how can I plan a vacation when my husband travels all the time for work and I’m sure he won’t want to go anywhere?! Well, I asked him just that question and he told me we need to take a cruise. For him, a cruise is relaxing and NOTHING like staying in hotels. Even though he travels for 10+ days at a time with barely any time at home, he is really coming down on me to plan our next cruise! I find that so hard to believe! I was so scared to even ask him about a vacation and now it seems it’s all he can talk about. How funny is that? Anyway, I guess the point I’m trying to make here is that everyone needs a vacation. Even (or maybe especially) people whose work has them traveling all the time. 

 

So, where to go? We have been to the Caribbean so many times. I really want to go to Alaska! The season for going to Alaska is May through September with best rates being in May and September. Here are some interesting facts you may not know about Alaska:
