Thank you so much for all of your hard work in putting together a fantastic employee recognition cruise for Pitch. No detail was left unaccounted for, and the cruise itself was awesome. You even ordered up perfect weather. (You must have heavenly connections.)

One specific comment. We have cruised on Carnival multiple times, and have always been pleased with the service. However, this trip the service was even a notch above normal. I am not sure if it is because we upgraded cabins, or because we had a group, or if the service has just improved over the past 5 years. Regardless, it seems that everyone – cabin steward, waiter, maître de, even the drink waiters anywhere on ship -- once they met us once and got our cabin number and name, recognized Amy and I throughout the cruise and used our names often.  

Our staff had a great time and will be talking about this for a long time.
