 Our Promises

We were cruisers first, Cruise Planners second... so we understand you, the customer.  Here are some guildlines that we follow to help us serve you better, and provide you with the best experience possible!

1. We promise to give you all of the incentives and benefit points that you earn from your group travel.  We are an honest travel agency... you earned it, it is yours.  We will not spend your earned points for the benefit of our agency, EVER.

2. We promise to give you the best possible price we can.  That is a fair and ethical practice, and we won't charge you more than the cruise line quotes.

3. When you call and request a quote, we will quote you a price that will include port charges, govt. taxes and fees.  Other travel agencies might quote you the cruise fare only to lure you in and smack you with sticker shock later on.

4. We promise not to try and sell you a Cruise Planners franchise.  MlM travel businesses are more interested in selling you a travel website business then actually selling you travel.  SAD

5.  We will NEVER CHARGE YOU A SERVICE FEE for helping you.  Some online travel websites require you to do all the research, all the work, and then pound you with a service fee!  That is so wrong!!!!

5 1/2. We will not charge you an extra "cancelation fee".  If you choose to cancel your cruise before the date the cruise line imposes it's cancelation penality, you will get all of your money back.  Cruise Planners does not charge any extra "cancelation fee" above and beyond the standard fees imposed by the cruise line.

6. We promise to fully inform you of the benefits of travel insurance.  Did you know most insurance plans do not cover the shipboard medical services, and often does not cover you if you are injured or fall seriously ill in another country and need to seek medical services?  Yea, most people don't either.

6. We promise to reward you for sailed referals.  Getting business is tough business.  You helped us advertise, so you deserve something for being so kind!

7. We promise to provide you with superior customer service.  We were cruisers before we were Cruise Planners, so we understand you needs!

8. We promise to check the price before final payment.  In most cases, if the price has dropped we can call the cruise line and price match to the lower price.  How many travel agencies out there would do that for there customers?!
