Passport Information
U.S. citizens taking “closed-loop” cruises are not required to have a passport but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver’s license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship and if 16 and over, a photo ID is also required. Canadian and Bermudian citizens are required to have a passport for air, land and sea travel, including all Carnival cruises.
Although a passport is not required for U.S. citizens taking “closed loop” cruises, we strongly recommend all guests travel with a passport (valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel). Having a passport will enable guests to fly from the U.S. to a foreign port in the event they miss their scheduled embarkation or to fly back to the U.S. if they need to disembark the ship mid-cruise due to an emergency.

About N.E.C.A. Akidz Club:
Mission:
- To prepare minority kids to become problem solvers and make decisions
- To teach kids to work independently and collaboratively
- To encourage the kids to aspire to their highest potential
- Akidz Club is dedicated to preparing children to become future leaders
Teaching them how to capture their interest through real – world projects, adventures, listening, critical thinking and educational services. In doing so, we will treat children with dignity, respect, care and discipline. Teaching children how important it is to live and practice the values and positive character traits everyday.
Projects are realistic and may be related to the individual child, to teach the child those who are sincere in their willingness to try things that is new and different, to work long and hard at difficult tasks, and to learn more about themselves and their world. The club will be mentoring to parents, and stressing how important it is to their child, to have their parents’ participation in just a few of their child’s activities, would motivate their children to do their best and be proud of what they are doing. While, Fundraisers will be for field trips, equipment, uniforms, and anything else your child may need while he/she is in the Akidz Club therefore if the parents do not have the money to supply their child’s needs, the child will still be able to participate. Field trips will be taken to fun places, research facilities (library/historical) and educational sites throughout the year.
Goal:
- Is to keep these children productive to society while keeping them out of the streets and street gangs
- One of the desired goals is to foster inculcate and sustain strong habits of self-esteem as well as self-discipline
- Such an atmosphere is most favorable to concentration, attention, reflective thinking and creativity
- Behavior: teaching the child how assuming responsibility for behavior is to understand and accept the consequences for violating rules, and using disciplinary traits, yet displaying compassion for the child
- Our goal is to be in competitions statewide
- Final goal is to be the “Entertainment” during Intermission Time for professional basketball and football games statewide
Each child possesses unique gifts that should be recognized and accepted. Here at Akidz Club we want to help kids reach their highest potential and goals.
Social Behavior to teach children the standards of character values training, positive character traits and proper behavior taught at home and the club.
Akidz Club’s goal is to help each child to achieve their highest potential while letting them experience diversity in the real world activities and events along with, exploring and learning different cultures life styles. Also, going places they have never been before and tasting different cultures’ food.
Our goal is to be competing in competitions statewide and our long term and final goals are to be the “entertainment” during Intermission Time at professional basketball and football games and other community events locally and statewide.
