REUNION CRUISE KICK OFF PARTY

We know that the economy has hit your wallets and checking accounts hard this past year. Don't let this stop you from joining us!

The committe has met several times to do what we can to get all of you on the ship!

Here's a few things we'd like to highlight and explain:

1) Many of you wanted a shorter cruise..You got it! We moved it from Tampa to Port Canaveral (ORL) from a 4 day to a 3day!

2) Pricing has been a concern..so here's what we want to show you:

• If you go to the Carnival Site and choose a 2 person early saver rate, you will be shown pricing for a Category 4A Room (for example ~ room R9), this room rate would be located at the front (or back) and lowest level of the ship and the price DOES NOT include taxes, tips and port charges on the first screen.  Once you get to the cruise summary you will be shown a total price of $725.04.
• OUR rates (shown at bottom of page), are for Category 4B (such as room R95 ~ still low in the ship, but if DEPOSITED early there were MORE choices in a more DESIREABLE location) ~ the total for 2 people is $753.52. So for ~$30 you get a room not in the back, over the engines or in the front under the anchor. We thought this was worth the ~$30 for the group.
  
• PLEASE NOTE:  If you wish to have an EARLY SAVER category 4A room it can be done through us, but understand that the location of the room will be undesirable, YOUR DEPOSITS WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE & MUST BE PAID IN FULL at time of booking and CARNIVAL will NOT ALLOW ANY CHANGES TO BE MADE TO YOUR RESERVATION so you must be CERTAIN when booking of everyone who will be traveling with you.
• We will no longer have a 'private party' included, we will just meet one night at a bar. This isn't what we wanted to do but to save money we will eliminate it.
• Payments can be made however fits your wallet!  We can accept passengers payments up to date of final payment shown below..we just need a deposit of $100 per person to hold the rooms ($200 total).

3) For those who absolutely cannot make the cruise we are considering a 'kickoff party' at the Grove Downtown, Inverness that Wednesday before the Cruise!

 CRUISE INFO:

We will be sailing on the Carnival Sensation out of Port Canaveral, FL on a 3 night cruise to the Bahamas.

We are now using Carnival's current pricing.  Please call for current rates.

 

Payment is due IN FULL at time of booking

 

Deposit is $100 per guest and is due at booking. Putting down your deposit early ensures you secure the best stateroom location available. A $25pp deposit is allowed; however, you will not have an assigned stateroom until the deposit has been paid in full. Final Payment is due May 3, 2010.

 

NOTE:  Deposits are fully refundable up to the day before final payment is due (May 3, 2010) - so don't wait to put down your deposit.  Book early to get the best stateroom location available.

Between Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral: One Way: $35.00     Round Trip: $70.00

Between Melbourne Airport and Port Canaveral: One Way: $40.00     Round Trip: $80.00  

Transfer rates are subject to change and any unused services are non refundable.

What are the Flight Guidelines for the Latest Airport Arrivals and Earliest Return Flights:

Latest Flight Arrival:
Arrivals into the Orlando International Airport: 1:30pm
Arrivals into the Melbourne Airport: 2:00pm

Earliest Flight Departures:
Earliest departures out of the Orlando International or Melbourne Airport: 12:00pm
Earliest departures out of the Orlando International Airport for the Carnival Dream (effective 12/09/09): 1:00pm
Earliest departures out of the Melbourne Airport for the Carnival Dream (effective 12/09/09): 12:00pm

Prior to your cruise you will be met at the airport:

You will be met and assisted by our meet & greet service in the baggage claim area and then escorted to your vehicle for transfer to the port. Transfer time begins generally around noon depending on flight arrivals.

 

Carnival has done away with "Group" dining - so if you want to sit with someone specifically at dinner in the Main Dining rooms, please sign up at the same time (and let us know in the comment field during your online registration process) so that your dining requests can be arranged.
