One specific comment. We have cruised on Carnival multiple times, and have always been pleased with the service. However, this trip the service was even a notch above normal. I am not sure if it is because we upgraded cabins, or because we had a group, or if the service has just improved over the past 5 years. Regardless, it seems that everyone – cabin steward, waiter, maître de, even the drink waiters anywhere on ship -- once they met us once and got our cabin number and name, recognized Amy and I throughout the cruise and used our names often.Our staff had a great time and will be talking about this for a long time.

I just wanted to thank you for setting up an amazing vacation for me. I was very overdue - the last "special" vacation I'd taken was back in 2002, and I could tell that my mental state was in dire need of a really great trip. Thankfully, your recommendations and expertise created a marvelous week, and I came back only with the regret that I didn't stay longer. But I will make up for this by not waiting seven years for the next one. In fact, I'm thinking it's going to be closer to seven weeks!
So again, thank you for your excellent service and insider knowledge. It's all the better that it was "for free" -- meaning, I'm careful with money, and I did check around to see if what you found for me was in line with the best deals out there. What I found was that the prices you arranged were the same or less than what I could have done on my own, without all the hassle and angst that I was making a poor decision.
